What is the difference between powder and capsules?

There is no difference between the powder and the capsules except the vegetable cellulose capsule. The price difference between the powder and capsules is due to the manufacturing cost of the capsules.

You are able to open the capsules and just consume the powder inside the capsules should you wish to.
