Recommended dosage and consumption of Ca-AKG?

Our recommended daily dosage of Ca-AKG is 2 capsules per day, at any time of the day. 

Simply take the capsules with water. Each capsule contains 400mg of Ca-AKG. Most of our members choose to take 2 capsules per day, but you can adjust this based on your goals or consult your healthcare professional.

Ca-AKG can be taken at any time of day, but many of our members prefer to take this in the morning to support daytime energy and physical performance.
