I placed my order before the promotion was available, can this be added to my order?

For each promotion, we reserve a specific amount of stock so that we can fulfil orders reliably and maintain fair access for everyone. This allocated stock is assigned to orders placed within the defined promotional window, we are not able to add the promotional product to orders made before the promotion starts or after it ends.
