How is your Omega 3 sourced?

The oil is >90% triglyceride form which is the highest used in manufacturing so it does not get processed/oxidised and no risk of rancidity.

The fish oil is from sardine, anchovy and some mackerel, it is caught off the coast of Peru and Chile.

It is both wild caught and sustainable. This would be classed as wild caught because it is caught in the ocean, it is not farmed or in open water pens.

It is also sustainable because the Peruvian fishery is a sustainable fishery that is regulated by the Peruvian and Chilean government.

They determine the quota and monitor the catch to determine if the fish have matured and are not juveniles.
