Spermidine subscription - what are the Subscribe & Save options?

We have four options. You can either take it as part of your daily drink (contains 15 supplements in one, simple, daily drink) and that can be found at https://routine.donotage.org/ and the subscription is every 4 weeks. The is the most popular option.

Alternatively, we have 3 individual options that are charged and delivered annually : 8mg/day, 16mg/day or 24mg/day. 

  • Members who choose 8mg/day will receive 1 x 366 capsule containers to allow them to have 1 capsule each day for 12 months.
  • Members who choose 16mg/day will receive 2 x 366 capsule containers to allow them to have 2 capsule each day for 12 months.
  • Members who choose 24mg/day will receive 3 x 366 capsule containers to allow them to have 3 capsules each day for 12 months.
