Can your products withstand hot temperatures during transit?

We completely understand your concern about the heat your products experience during transit. Please rest assured, your products are designed to remain stable and effective even if exposed to warmer conditions during shipping.

Before your order reaches you, it is stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. We also take extra steps to ensure purity and stability: when testing for purity, a sample is left in a warmed room for two weeks and then shipped internationally, just as we do for customer orders. This process allows us to guarantee the quality and purity of your products when they arrive at your door, wherever you are in the world—not just in perfect laboratory conditions.

For the majority of our products it’s best to store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. We do recommend following the guidance on the label of the products you have purchased, to ensure they are being stored correctly. 

No refrigeration is required, but a temperature-controlled environment is ideal for maintaining its stability. Now that you’ve cooled them off, simply store them in a cool, dry spot going forward.
